Job Description for TRIO File Assistant (work-study):
Primary responsibility: Organizing and maintaining multiple divider TRIO student files as directed by TRIO Federal grant requirements
Organizing Blumen Software database print outs of case notes, eligibility documents, applications, forms, transcripts, research-based assessments, and other information needed to maintain physical multiple divider TRIO student files as directed by TRIO Federal grant requirements
Making copies, general filing, creating documents and other office related duties
Sharing marketing and program related information with students, guests and MCLA Departments
Answer questions about TRIO Student Support Services or refer messages/questions to TRIO Staff for follow up
Other duties as assigned

Additional Information:
This position is open only to students currently enrolled at MCLA who have been awarded federal work study.
