Masters is seeking an energetic individual to work full-time as a Quality Control Technician based out of our Tunkhannock location. The successful applicant will work with our Quality Control Manager, Concrete Production staff, and Ready Mix Concrete Drivers performing a variety of skilled tasks in materials testing and concrete performance improvements. The candidate must work well independently, with multiple teams, and with customers while providing excellent, respectful customer service in a safe, professional manner that aligns with Masters core values.
Job Type: Full-Time; Wage based on experience, average 45-50 hours/week.

Job Type: Full-Time; Wage based on experience, average 45-50 hours/week.
Skills/Experience Desired
- Must be able to lift 60 lbs.
- Must have a driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Work an average of 45-50 hours per week
- Applicant must be a minimum of 18 years old
- Knowledge of basic construction tools
- Comfortable with basic mathematical calculations
- Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, safe work area
- Follow all required work safe practices, this would include, wearing required PPE in designated areas
- Maintain communication with management and employees and notify them of any problems or concerns
- Use a variety of material testing and construction tools, lab equipment, and material handling equipment to perform duties
- Ensure the operation of the equipment by completing maintenance requirements (both planned and unplanned).
- Read and interpret technical procedures and specifications
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Keep an accurate log of work performed

Overtime
Position requires a minimum of 40 hours weekly, with additional 4-7 hours overtime.
