Preschool photography company is seeking a Photo Editor/General Office Assistant in West Palm Beach, Florida. This is an entry level position. No weekends or holidays. Part-time to start. During school year hours are Monday – Friday 9 am to 4:30 pm.
Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities: Review and select photos using Lightroom. Crop and retouch images as needed using Photoshop. Ensure deadlines are met. Manipulate photos to ensure highest quality using appropriate tools. Create posters and forms using Photoshop. Assist team members with general office duties including, but not limited to, filing, typing rosters, running reports, data entry, order entry, answering phones and general customer service. Represent company in a professional manner at all times while adhering to all company and/or school rules and policies. Maintain confidentiality of company, school and student related information. Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
Educational and Work Experience Requirements: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum one year customer service and or general office experience required. Work experience in graphic arts, fine arts and/or formal vocational and/or college training in the field a plus.
Required Training, Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities: Must pass background check. Experience using Microsoft Suite or GSuite. Adobe Photoshop and/or Lightroom required.
Physical Effort: Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds as well as stand, sit, kneel, crouch and stoop for long periods of time.
