Remote Mental Health Provider (Part-Time)

DescriptionMaven is looking for a mission-driven, empathetic Mental Health Provider to support our members through virtual care services. As a Maven provider, you will have the opportunity to meet with adult members across the United States, scaling impact and healthcare access nationally. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with a curated provider network spanning 30 specialties and 350 subspecialties to deliver holistic, high value care. As a Maven provider you will: Provide virtual care and support to adult members via 40-minute video consults and asynchronous messaging around:Pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, menopauseAdoption, surrogacy, fertility, egg freezing, loss, return-to-workAnxiety, depression, personality disorder, bipolar disorder, etc.Balancing work-life and parent lifeParent and family coachingUse brief solution-focused therapy to address immediate issues so client can leaves with tools and skillsCollaborate with Maven’s Care Advocate team to ensure member needs are met, including recommendations for in-person referrals, follow-ups, etc.Serve as an ambassador of Maven’s unique care model, providing culturally humble care and championing our belief that better outcomes for women and families mean a better world for everyone.We’re looking for you to bring:  3 years of experience as an independently licensed clinician Independently licensed in CA, IN, MA, MD, MI, NY, PA, TX, WA, NJ, FL, IL, GA, CO, NC, VA, CT, AZ, OH, MN, OR or WIAbility to provide direct member care for about 2-10 hrs per week. Where an offer falls inside the pay range is also dependent on the specialization.
