Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic advisor to the COO and oversee company-wide execution while helping shape the company's vision, including supporting fundraising
- Execute initiatives to drive organizational efficiency and direct cross-functional projects end to end
- Spearhead the annual budgeting process and continuous measurement by partnering with finance and procurement
- Work with the executive team to enhance data collection across all functions and generate actionable insights
- Support the extension of team culture as we scale, including setting up initiatives to measure employee satisfaction
- Facilitate executive-level communication internally and externally at events, meetings and conferences
- Combination of prior Chief of Staff or startup experience, strategy and planning experience, or management consulting experience (3-5 years of relevant experience)
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit: try fast and fail faster
- Fast learner with a focus on execution and delivering value
- Detail-oriented and reliable with strong organizational skills
- Self-starter who can thrive in ambiguity with ability to drive results independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Salary : $135,000 - $200,000
