The Pricing & Receiving Specialist at Mayer Malbin fills the following roles:
Matches and reviews purchase order confirmations with purchase orders
Enters and reviews purchase order packing slips
Communicates and problem solves issues with vendors regarding received material
Contacts customers to let them know when their material has been received
Enters product price changes into our computer system
In addition, all Office Staffers at Mayer Malbin are responsible for order entry, assisting with business paperwork, computer work, receptionist duties, and all necessary administration of company issues in accordance with company values, policies, and procedures.
Experience & Skills:
We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, reading comprehension, and problem-solving skills. This person should also be adaptable, thick-skinned, and able to handle a fast-paced, open-office environment. The employee must also:
Be proficient with word processors and spreadsheets
Be able to communicate in English
Be proficient with e-mail
