Mayfield College - Cathedral City, CA campus, helping students achieve professional success through education. We are seeking an energetic, detail orientated front desk receptionist to provide administrative support and deliver exceptional customer service.

**This is a temporary position, that may potentially become full-time. **

**SCHEDULE IS MONDAY-THURSDAY 10AM-7PM, FRIDAYS 8AM-5PM**

```Responsibilities:```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding the organization or department
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating contact information and maintaining databases
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing to appropriate recipients
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

```Qualifications:```
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed

-Friendly, positive, outgoing personality is a must
