$15/hour plus UNCAPPED COMISSION!
2 Locations to choose from! Middleburg Height or Bedford Heights!!!
1 year plus experienced preferred.
No Weekends! NO LATE NIGHTS- Unlimited Commission!
Eligible immediately for holiday pay!
Eligible for benefits the first day of the next month after your start date.

Essential Functions
Maintaining a debt collection queue using the support framework designed.
Maintaining daily call volumes.
Traces delinquent customers to new addresses by inquiring at post offices, telephone companies, credit bureaus, or through the questioning of neighbors
Locates and monitors overdue accounts, using computers and a variety of automated systems.
Records information about financial status of customers and status of collection efforts
Persuades customers to pay amounts due on credit accounts, damage claims, or non-payable checks.
Understanding and adhering to client guidelines.
Advises customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment
Performs data entry, documentation, and maintenance of customer account(s).
Reads, comprehends and adheres to the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA).
Reads, comprehends, and adheres to any and all applicable International Organization for Standardization (ISO) policies.
