```Duties```
- Sew fabric according to specifications and patterns
- Operate sewing machine and other equipment
- Ensure quality and accuracy of finished products
- Inspect covers for defects and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
```Experience```
- 2-4 years of previous experience in sewing
- Familiarity with different types of fabrics and their characteristics
- Production experience is a must
- Ability to read and interpret patterns and instructions
- Attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination
