Project Manager Assistant

Job Description: As a Project Manager Assistant at MD Dirt LLC, you will support the Project Manager in planning and overseeing projects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with team members, clients, and stakeholders, preparing project documentation, and tracking project progress. You will handle administrative tasks and help manage project risks and issues.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning and overseeing projects.
• Coordinate and communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Track project progress and update schedules and budgets.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and maintaining project files.
• Help manage project risks and issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or Trello).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
