We are seeking an energetic leader to manage our Deerfiled MedFlorida Medical Center location.
The candidate will need to possess superior leadership skills to ensure patient care is top-notch!
You will need to hire, train, and coach new and tenured employees.
Ensure all day-to-day duties operations are coordinated effectively.
Keep an active inventory of all supplies.
Maintains and manages all patient information is accurately entered into the EMR system.
Assist and cover other staff when necessary to maintain high productivity and efficiency in the department.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelors’ Degree from an accredited college or university, with major in business, marketing, health care or related field preferred. A comparable amount of experience would be acceptable.
Experience:
- Experience in meeting planning and event coordination.
- Experience in medical field is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of government CMS regulatory requirements is preferred.
- Medical Terminology.
- Computer literate: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) required.
- Organizational skills with focus on tracking patient care and improving patient flow.
- eClinicalWorks electronic medical records system knowledge a plus.
- Infusionsoft CRM software knowledge a plus.
Bilingual Spanish required
