Duties
- Supervise the front office team members
- Coordinate daily front office operations to ensure efficiency and excellent patient service
- Train and mentor front office staff on best practices and office policies
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy laws
- Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to improve patient care and satisfaction
- Monitor inventory of office supplies
- Prepare and present reports on front office operations and productivity
- Implement and refine front office procedures to enhance workflow and patient experience
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a medical office setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guest needs.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
