You will partner with the Manager of Talent Acquisition to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the hiring teams and deliver the best talent to MedVet. The position will nurture relationships and effectively present candidates to hiring managers. You are a true contributor to the growth of the company and assists in providing the talent that makes MedVet successful.

Location: Worthington, OH (will start as a Hybrid role -2 days in office & 3 days remote with option to move fully remote).
What you'll do:
- Develop and implement initiatives for recruiting talent in a multi-state organization, including sourcing and evaluating candidates and facilitating a positive candidate experience
- Create and implement employment marketing strategies to attract passive job seekers
- Conduct resume screening, phone interviews and provide and gain feedback from presented candidates
- Make competent use of recruiting tools (including networking, social media, and referral programs)
Who you are:
1 year experience in recruiting. An Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or experience a plus.

- Effective phone presentation and strong customer service skills
- Experience and skill in interviewing techniques
- Ability to apply closing skills to secure interest and gain commitment for openings.
- Experience in using recruiting tools (i.e. applicant tracking system, social media, etc.)
- Excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple searches at once, and meet objectives
- Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes
- Will provide recruiting support to MedVet hospitals in eastern time zone.
