Job Overview:
The Sales Support Representative role focuses on providing comprehensive support to our sales agents. This role ensures smooth onboarding, continuous communication, and personalized agent support through database management and training. As a key point of contact for our sales teams, you’ll play an essential part in maintaining agent satisfaction and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Agent Training Support:
- Organize and schedule new sales agent training sessions.
- Follow up to ensure training completion and offer additional training as needed.
Database Management:
- Update and maintain personalized information in Pipedrive and Isoaccess, including birthdays, family details, and custom notes.
Weekly Communication:
- Regularly communicate with agents via call, email, or text to provide support and updates.
Merchant Account Management:
- Schedule and hold calls with agents to discuss merchant account performance post-deal approval.
Residual and Balance Sheet Support:
- Review residuals, deductions, and bonuses with agents after the first residual is posted.
CRM Management:
- Use Pipedrive to track and nurture relationships with sales agents effectively.
Qualifications:
- Experience in supporting sales representatives, particularly within the merchant services or payments industry. (Minimum 2 years)
- Proficiency in CRM platforms like Pipedrive and Isoaccess.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing agent interactions.
- Excellent communication skills for regular follow-ups and support.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary between $ 50,000.00 and $ 75,000.00, depending on experience witin the merchant servces industry.
