What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cook position at Mercy Ridge Inc?
Mercy Ridge, an upscale retirement community located in Timonium, Maryland is seeking an experienced Cook to contribute to our culinary team. We have 3 different restaurants (fine dining, bistro, and café).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Culinary degree preferred, but not required
- Prior restaurant experience required
- ServSafe certified preferred/required after hire
- Minimum 3- 5 years professional cooking experience
- Ability to read, write and follow directions in a recipe
- Knowledge of various cooking methods
- Professional, self-motivated, dependable team player

This is a full time non-exempt position, which may include overtime on an as needed basis.
