Job Summary:
The Mazda Sales Manager will oversee all Mazda sales operations within our dealership, including managing the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for Mazda vehicles and a dedication to upholding our family-oriented values.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear sales goals and performance expectations.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Foster a positive work environment that reflects our family values.
2. Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal vehicle presentation and availability.
3. Customer Experience:
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote and maintain strong relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
4. Administrative Duties:
- Prepare and manage sales reports and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacture policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the finance department to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
5. Marketing and Promotions:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns and events.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of Mazda vehicles and the automotive market.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales management software.
