Job Summary: The O&I Sales Representatives at Mesa Systems drive the acquisition of business for our comprehensive moving and storage services, focusing on commercial clients. This role involves cultivating leads, coordinating operations, and ensuring exceptional service delivery while nurturing strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage sales efforts
- Coordinate with Operations to schedule moves, ensuring equipment and personnel availability aligned with clients' timelines
- Develop and pursue sales leads within the commercial sector, upselling relevant services and providing accurate quotes
- Maintain communication with internal teams and clients to foster positive relationships and streamline operations
- Identify opportunities to expand Mesa's service offerings and enhance revenue streams
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent industry related experience
- 3-5 years of direct sales experience, with a focus on commercial or business-to-business (B2B) sales
- Experience in estimating and quoting services is preferred
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to understand client needs, negotiate effectively, and resolve issues
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and industry networks
