Duties
- Customer Care
- Process both phone and internet orders
- Provide customer part order follow up assistance
- Communications internally and with customers
Requirements
- Must be available during normal business hours
- Customer focused. Customer service skills.
- Computer skills, Proficient with MS Outlook and internet browsers.
- Organized and highly motivated
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Mus be able to work in team-oriented atmosphere
Preferred
- Agriculture background
- Customer service experience
- Prior parts or call center experience
- Bilingual a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
