About the Challenge:
Each year, over 1.2 million students drop out of high school in the United States, equating to one student every 26 seconds. This alarming statistic highlights the urgent need for interventions that provide alternative pathways to success. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics indicates that the unemployment rate for high school dropouts is significantly higher than that of graduates. In 2022, there were 2.1 million status dropouts between the ages of 16 and 24, with an overall status dropout rate of 5.3%.
If you are a motivated, results-driven professional with a passion for non-profit work and a commitment to making a difference, we invite you to join us in transforming lives and building a brighter future for our youth.
