Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Specialist to join our team, focusing on onboarding, offer letters, and background checks . In this role, you will ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience for new employees, manage pre-employment screening processes, and maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
Onboarding :
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
- Prepare and distribute new hire packets , including employment forms, company policies, and benefits information.
- Conduct new hire orientation sessions to introduce company culture, expectations, and resources.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees, addressing any questions or concerns during the onboarding process.
