Compensation Manager for a national corporation based in the Boca Raton area. The Compensation Manager will report to the Senior Director of HR and will lead a team that is geographically diverse. This position is a hands-on, detail-oriented, values driven, relationship builder with a deep understanding of all aspects of compensation, strategy development, HR technology, remote team leadership and center of excellence (COR) effectiveness.
This is a DIRECT HIRE position and is available IMMEDIATELY!
Ideal candidate can be located anywhere on the east coast of the U.S. and must be able to come to Boca Raton once a month.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads and develops a team overseeing daily workflow of the departments
- Manages the administration of human resource programs including compensation, HRIS/data integrity, onboarding, performance and talent management, severance agreements, affirmative action and compliance reporting
- Set short and long-term strategic and tactical objectives that drive success by evaluating and developing our compensation program and structure. This is inclusive of executive compensation strategy, job structures, market analysis, incentive programs, and needed changes/improvements across the organization
- Manage all bonus incentive plans, annual performance review process and annual merit review process
- Review and implement branch wage adjustments, conduct field wage analysis and reviews
- Monitors and ensures the organization’s compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices, review and modify policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Oversee all employee onboarding documentation
- Oversee program changes and new plan rollouts including making recommendations to successfully communicating to all levels of employees
- Partner with Finance on budgeting of all programs
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5 years U.S. compensation expertise, including executive and sales compensation
- 3 years leading a team of HR professionals
- Demonstrated experience in compensation analysis, trends, & best practices
- Demonstrated excellence in vendor management and project management
- Analytical with the ability to evaluate complex data, make recommendations and deliver outcomes, highly proficient in Excel skills
- Ability to quickly establish credibility to partner effectively with business leaders and colleagues to define and deliver effective processes, programs and tools that support business goals
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, including the ability to tailor materials to match the audience and the ability to influence across all levels and functions of an organization, including interaction with the Executive Team
- Forward thinking, proactive and a continuous process improvement mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification or other human resources designation
- Experience working with Ceridian Dayforce

Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
