Hours:  Monday – Friday- 7:30am to 4:00pm or 8:30 to 5:30am.                                                                                                     

Location: Wixom, MI

Overview:  Our client is a growing electronics manufacturing seeking to hire an Accounting Assistant to join their work family.  Ideal candidate to have 3 years of experience working in Accounting with great customer service skills and attention to detail. 

Responsibilities:

·       Process all vendor invoices utilizing established accounting procedures

·       Process Credit Card Payments

·       Collecting Mail, distributing mail

·       Responsible for Accounts Payable Mail

·       Review credit card statements and match up receipts

·       Review expense reports

·       Review invoices and maintain log for analysis

·       Create invoices

·       Accounts Receivable – follow up for payments

·       AP /AR aging reports

·       Review Benefits invoices

·       Filing documents, scanning documents

Experience:

·       Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience

·       Customer Service experience

·       Proficient in MSO

·       Ability to create spreadsheets in Excel
