Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify any issues or potential risks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards
- Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Manage project schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to project stakeholders
Skills:
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera, or HeavyBid
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Familiarity with contract administration and management
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
