Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of banquet functions, including set-up, service, and breakdown
- Manage banquet staff, including scheduling, training, and supervision
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create menus and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Work closely with clients to plan and execute events according to their specifications
- Handle any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
Skills
- Experience in the food industry, preferably in a banquet or hotel setting
- Proficiency in food handling, bartending, and shift management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of restaurant management and food service management practices
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
