Responsible for performing clerical support in an office setting. Assists staff by sorting mail, filing, answering phones, assisting customers, and restocking supplies.
Responsibilities

- Answer phones and greet customers warmly.
- Assist in filing duties.
- Route calls to appropriate people.
- Insert bills in envelopes and mail.
- Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers.
- Maintain office files and documents.
- Retrieve files for personnel.
- Take and deliver messages.
- Perform data entry.
- Assist with payroll.
- Restock supply closet with printing paper, ink, pens, paper clips, staplers, files and folders, and correction fluid.
- Finding best solutions to overcome any hurdles in the company.
