Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

What You’ll Do
As a Staffing Coordinator, you’ll be the glue that holds our branch operations and client partnerships together. Your role will focus on maximizing recruiting efficiency and supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth communication and seamless service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the Midway Staffing team and client partners.
- Facilitate onboarding, ensuring all new hire paperwork is complete and sharing first-day details with candidates.
- Post and manage job ads across various platforms, including social media, community boards, and partner networks.
- Conduct recruitment activities such as resume screening, phone interviews, and candidate assessments.
- Manage applicant tracking systems, recruiting reports, and other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate pre-employment testing, background checks, and reference screenings.
- Provide additional support as needed.
What You Bring to the Table
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Required.
- Prior experience in on-site recruiting or staffing is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- High School Diploma or GED – Required.
