Job Description

Are you an experienced leader in warehouse operations? We’re looking for a Receiving Supervisor to oversee daily inbound shipments, inventory control, and team coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Location : Kenosha, WI

Schedule : 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri and Sunday

Pay rate : $23.80

Duties :

Safety & Food Safety Compliance

Maintain a "see something, say something" mindset, reporting any safety or food safety concerns to the Receiving Manager.

Ensure all Team Members follow proper food safety and PPE requirements, including handwashing and appropriate attire.
Report any damage to products, equipment, or the facility immediately.

Receiving & Product Integrity

Oversee product integrity from offload to put-away, ensuring all items meet quality and safety standards.

Identify and report damage or decay while ensuring organic and conventional items are stored separately.

Verify proper handling of allergen products, ensuring correct pallet placement.

Training & Certification

Ensure all Team Members operating equipment are certified and up to date (renewed every 3 years).

Identify training opportunities based on Team Member accuracy and production performance.

Warehouse Management & Operational Efficiency

Develop expertise in load arrival, offloading, receiving, clerical functions, and pallet transfers using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and My Q Enterprise.

Monitor and ensure all purchase orders, BOLs, and delivery documents match what is received.

Ensure Team Members adhere to accuracy, quality, and production guidelines throughout the receiving process.

Support the Receiving Manager in conducting daily, weekly, and monthly KPI, safety, and food safety walkthroughs.

Leadership & Continuous Improvement

Lead daily pre-shift meetings and provide operational updates in the absence of the Receiving Manager.

Work with the Receiving Manager to identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and reduced waste.

Ensure all Team Members meet production KPIs and work independently based on load arrivals.

Requirements :

Basic computer skills to operate computer automated equipment and a willingness to train, learn, and excel within MS Office as well as other IT platforms.

Basic math skills with use of a calculator

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. independently throughout the duration of a 8–12-hour shift

Must be able to stand and travel assisted by equipment for the duration of a 8-12-hour shift

Must be able to communicate written / verbal in English and Spanish.

Ability to work within a refrigerated environment for the entire shift less breaks and lunches
