Duties
- Develop and implement engaging curriculum that meets educational standards and student needs.
- Deliver lectures and facilitate discussions on topics related to clinical trials, public health, and pediatrics.
- Supervise students during laboratory sessions, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
- Utilize Blackboard and other learning technologies to enhance course delivery and student engagement.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with faculty members to align course objectives with program goals.
- Stay current with advancements in the field of clinical research and public health to ensure relevant content delivery.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.

- Proficiency in using learning management systems such as Blackboard.
- Strong supervisory skills with experience working with diverse student populations.
- Knowledge of public health principles and pediatric care practices is highly desirable.
