*Overview* We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned territory by managing relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales, with the ability to effectively demonstrate products and provide exceptional customer service. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, enabling you to connect with a broader client base. *Duties* - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales goals. - Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities. - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase software solutions and their benefits. - Collaborate with marketing teams to identify market trends and customer needs. - Provide technical sales support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process. - Implement upselling strategies to maximize revenue from existing accounts. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts using CRM software. - Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and network with potential clients. *Skills* - Proven experience in technology sales, preferably within a software environment. - Strong management skills with the ability to lead initiatives that drive results. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly. - Proficiency in conducting product demos that engage customers and highlight key features. - Solid understanding of market dynamics and the competitive landscape. - Experience in technical sales, providing insights into product capabilities and applications. - Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction at all stages of the sales process. - Ability to speak Spanish is highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Pay: $115,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
