Job Title: Receptionist (Call Transfer & Payment Processing)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented receptionist to manage incoming calls, assist with call transfers, and handle payment processing. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, offering a professional and welcoming environment while ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. The candidate must also maintain a polished appearance with minimal piercings, non-offensive tattoos, and a clean, professional look. Additionally, the role requires the ability to handle upset customers with professionalism and tact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and Directing Calls:
- Greet callers with a professional and friendly demeanor, assess their needs, and transfer calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Managing Call Volumes:
Effectively handle a high volume of incoming calls, ensuring each call is answered promptly and efficiently.
- Payment Processing:
Accurately process payments over the phone using a secure payment system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with payment protocols.Address general inquiries and provide information about services/products, ensuring all callers feel valued and respected.Manage upset or dissatisfied customers in a calm, empathetic, and professional manner, ensuring their concerns are addressed and resolved to the best of your ability while maintaining a positive company image.Accurately log and update payment details and call records in the company's database.Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and managing office supplies.Ensure compliance with company policies, particularly around payment processing and confidentiality standards.Maintain a clean and polished look that aligns with the company’s standards.

Working Conditions:
- Full-time position.
- Monday to Saturday with optional day off (to be arranged).
- Sundays are closed.
- Occasional overtime may be required during busy periods.
