We are seeking Workforce Management Analysts in San Antonio.

Job Duties :
Process system configuration requests for items like Management Units, Contact Types, activity icons, etc.
Approve access requests.
Consult on projects for NICE WFM system usage.
Troubleshoot system issues and adhere to risk management principles.
Requirements :
3 years' experience supporting contact centers and knowledge of contact center terminology.
2 years' experience with the administration of the workforce management tool NICE WFM.
Working knowledge of workforce management processes (scheduling, forecasting, capacity planning) for the contact centers.
NICE WFM experience, preferably Cloud
Excellent communication and organizational skills
MS Office proficiency
