Fast-paced office looking for an Accounting Associate with good work ethic, multi-tasking, and reliable to join the accounting department.
Job Description Summary:
Responsible for processing, correcting, and reconciling accounting documents such as invoices, statements, and credit card. Reviews financial information: prepares and processes documents to make accurate payments.
Job Description:
- Posting entries AP, AR, GL in Accounting Software
- Review accuracy of all backup documents before payments (Purchase Orders / Packing slips).
- Supports Business Manager with monthly, quarterly, and yearend financial balancing. (Use taxes, IFTA etc.).
- Coordinate with other teams throughout all the AP & AR processes.
- Assist Project Managers with tasks throughout each project.
- Be detailed, flexible, and organized.
- Performs other duties as requested or required.

Experience:
- Accounts Payable (AP) experience (Required)
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
Education:
Degree in Accounting or related field is preferred but not required.
