Qualifications
- We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience :
- Minimum of a high school diploma.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field (e.g., project management, product development, supply chain, operations, teaching).
- Ability to work on-site 5 days per week, with occasional hybrid flexibility.
- Capability to independently lift and move objects up to 40 lbs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and be an egoless team player.
- Ability to proactively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to providing recommendations.
- Adaptability to changing business needs.
