Position Overview:
The Studio Leader role at MiniLuxe is a pivotal role responsible for the overall management and success of our studio operations. This role requires entrepreneurial leadership, a commitment to exceptional client service, talent engagement, maintaining brand and studio standards, and a drive for commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Service Hospitality and Excellence – we are in the business of creating great experiences and hold as a core value a commitment to deliver excellence across our services, products and operations.
Talent Engagement and Empowerment– “be a best supporting actor”! We see our studio leadership as the key link to our team of nail designers and waxing specialists.
Quality Brand and Studio Standards – we were founded on the principle that being clean matters, especially in our industry and this means having strong quality and studio standards that best represent and express the brand.
Commercial Acumen and Hustle – we want you to feel the pride of ownership (which is why we offer equity ownership in MiniLuxe) for your studio and to use both commercial instincts and entrepreneurial hustle to improve performance.
Time Commitment – we expect your standard workweek to consist of 45-50 hours per week, including weekends and holidays. However, please be aware that due to the nature of the role and the dynamic demands of our retail service industry, there may be instances where the workload requires additional hours. You are expected to be available for peak periods of our business including the two weeks before Christmas.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality, beauty or retail industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven track record of driving revenue and profitability.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive base salary
Quarterly and Annual Bonus Potential: Up to $10,000 annually based on meeting revenue and profitability targets.
Stock Options: Option to purchase shares in MiniLuxe with vesting schedule outlined in the offer letter.
Merit: Eligible for merit review.
