What You’ll Be Doing:
- Listening calls from both agents & confirmation specialists each day. 2 calls per person.
- Provide feedback with appropriate praises and corrections.
- Filling out a QA (Quality Assurance) tracking sheet gauging the performance of both Confirmers and agents.
- Achieve and exceed monthly goals.
- Consistent visual monitoring of the department. Refocusing them when needed.
- Accurately process and verify all inbound leads per company policy
- Accountability meetings with confirmers and agents.
- Assist with inbounds and confirming appointments as needed.
- Side by side monitoring of agents.
- Closing the office.
- Lead call center in manager's absence.
