What You'll Be Doing:
Guide daily workflow to meet department goals
Support the Customer Experience by ensuring effective and timely communication
Assist Customer Care team with elevated customer calls
Ensure efficient use of CRM (Salesforce) and that information is updated in a timely and effective manner
Work directly with AOM to ensure department processes align with overall Operations processes and goals
Take necessary steps to make sure all duties are delegated and accounted for in the case of team absences or vacations
Assist and complete special projects and department reporting as directed or needed
Partner with Procurement Specialists and Project Management team to ensure projects are moving through the ordering and installation processes in a timely manner, as it relates to customer communications (update calls/texts/emails, post-install follow-upcalls, etc.)
