Position & primary responsibilities
MIO’s Client Service team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Operations Analyst to join our global team based in New York, NY, starting in January 2025. This is a unique opportunity to support our client-facing team by managing critical operational tasks that are key to delivering exceptional service to our clients. This individual will be pivotal in coordinating with internal departments, managing essential reports, and supporting various IT and communication functions.
Supporting the Client team:
- Third-party authorization process, support with client communications, and alumni client onboarding
Coordinating with Legal/Finance/IT:
- Manage transfers of ownership, review investor documents and upload to the portal, MIO website review/updates, and invoice coordination with Finance
Reporting Management:
- Prepare Board statistics reports and ad-hoc requests, track and communicate active partner elections, departures, and mobility cases, and conduct compliance reporting
Desired background
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years of experience in financial operations, client service support, or a similar operations-based role
- Advanced Excel skills with demonstrated ability in data analysis, reporting, and tracking
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently address operational challenges
- Familiarity with IT tools and platforms (e.g., CRM applications and concepts, Website Content Management Systems) is a plus
Certain US states require MIO Partners, Inc. to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. A reasonable estimate of the range for new joiners for this role in the United States is $90,000-$90,000. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to an individual’s assigned office location, experience, and expertise. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses, subject to MIO’s discretion and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
