Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Duties/Responsibilities
- Oversees the day-to-day maintenance and repair operations at all sites, including electrical, plumbing, ventilation, HVAC, minor carpentry and painting, lawn and grounds and vehicles.
- Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
- Develops and records maintenance procedures and schedules.
- Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Maintain lists and relationships with licensed professional contractors and/or vendors for major repairs or maintenance as required or necessary.
- Maintains grounds at all facilities including lawns, sprinkler systems, flower beds and trees.
- Assists with budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects.
- Performs other related duties as assigned, including assisting with furniture pickups for the Resale Shoppe and Food Pickup for the Food Pantry when necessary.
Required Skills/Abilities
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and ability to work flexible schedule if required.
- Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed.
- Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems.
- Must be able to lift 70lbs and perform maintenance duties with personal protection equipment as appropriate.
- Ability to drive and navigate truck and trailer (both open and enclosed trailer).
- Basic computer skills, ability to use online scheduling program for maintenance requests.
- Assist with furniture pickups for the Resale Shop and food pickup for the Food Pantry when necessary.
Other Requirements
- Must have dependable transportation.
- Ability to pass a criminal background and fingerprint check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,500.00 per year
