What you do:
As a Resident Care Associate, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their daily living activities in a personal care home setting. Your duties will include:
- Providing personalized care based on individual resident needs, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Supporting residents with mobility, including using lift systems when necessary.
- Implementing behavior management techniques as directed by the care plan.
- Assisting with first aid procedures as needed.
- Collaborating with the care team to ensure the well-being of residents.
What you need:
- Experience in personal care homes, group homes, or home community care is preferred.
- Familiarity with lift systems and behavior management techniques.
- Knowledge of ADLs and first aid procedures.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
