Mission Yogurt, Inc. is seeking a Manager for Marczyk Fine Foods at Denver International Airport.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations; including but not limited to quality control, personnel management, sanitation, health inspections and inventory management. This role requires an in-depth knowledge regarding various company policies, procedures, and exposure to a wide variety of concepts.

- Candidates who: possess at least three years of restaurant management experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day to day operations that include decision making, team member support, guest interaction, scheduling, planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness.
- Increase sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution.
- Communicate with back of house management ensuring the kitchen maintains specific standards, passing Health Department inspections with a 90% or better.
- Responsibly for delegating and following up on tasks while remaining accountable for the overall function of the restaurant.
- Manage and control profit and loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports and taking appropriate actions.
- Responsible for recruiting, selecting, onboarding, training, communicating job expectations, and retention of team members through coaching, motivation, recognition and development as well as monitoring and disciplining when necessary.
- Communicate equipment problems effectively and practice good preventative maintenance on all equipment.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours. Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching overhead and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion.
