The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) while ensuring smooth communication between ISOs and internal departments. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks, and contributing to the organic growth of funding goals through effective relationship management.

Qualifications:
- Experience as an ISO Relations Manager in the Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) industry
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and use initiative
- Experience interacting with management, sales teams, and merchants
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Outlook
- Previous experience as an ISO Manager is highly preferred
- Build and maintain relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) across the U.S.
- Act as a liaison between ISOs and the Underwriting Department to ensure efficient workflows
- Manage and grow the network of ISOs, contributing to increased monthly funding goals
- Evaluate and present proposals to ISOs
- Collaborate across departments to ensure timely responses to merchants and ISOs
