Seeking a skilled professional to support aggressive efforts against proxy testing and online fraud connected to globally recognized project management certification exams. This contract position in the Legal Department will investigate and gather actionable intelligence on fraudulent services, supporting internal and external legal actions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the role also provides key support for various claims, including intellectual property (IP) infringement and employment-related disputes.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor global proxy testing services alongside the Exam Security team.
- Conduct investigations into fraudulent activities targeting exams, preserving and organizing evidence.
- Communicate with social media platforms to remove fraudulent services.
- Prepare documentation and analysis for initiating actions against proxy services.
- Liaise with internal Exam Security, external vendors, outside counsel, and law enforcement.
- Investigate IP infringement and manage claims in collaboration with external legal teams.
- Report on enforcement activities and outcomes.
- Law degree or paralegal certification strongly preferred.
- Minimum three years of investigative experience, ideally with a law enforcement agency or law firm. Familiarity with exam security and proxy testing enforcement is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of civil and criminal law, IP infringement, and fraud-related claims. International law experience is advantageous.
- Technically proficient, with expertise in case management systems and online fraud detection technology preferred.
