Assistant Pastry Chef Responsibilities:
- Prepares and plates desserts for banquets and restaurant.
- Decorates wedding cakes.
- Maintains inventory and storage of product.
- Adheres to state and local health and food safety regulations.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Assistant Pastry Chef Qualifications:
- Knowledge of basic culinary fundamentals.
- Must have organizational skills.
- Must have open availability including holidays and weekends.
- Must have knowledge of kitchen equipment.
- Premium cake decorating skills is a must.
