Key Responsibilities:
- Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong guest relationships with new and existing guests through community outreach efforts, networking, cold calls, and follow-ups.
- Community Engagement: Represent MIX at local networking events to foster connections and promote our venue.
- Event Coordination: Assist the Event Manager in booking various events, including corporate parties, social celebrations, birthday parties and reservations. Work directly with guests with budgeting, availability, and event details to ensure a seamless experience.
- Venue Tours: Provide guided tours of the venue to prospective clients, showcasing our venue and experiences.
- On-Site Event Collaboration: Work directly with your General Manager to plan and execute specialty on-site events that enhance the guest experience.
- Tracking & Reporting: Record biweekly commission earnings and monitor progress toward monthly sales goals.
- Communication: Share detailed event information with the management team, including timelines, headcounts, and logistics during a weekly BEO meeting.
- General Support: Perform other duties as needed to ensure the success of events and the satisfaction of guests.

What We’re Looking For:
