Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatch Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in coordinating our mobile X-ray services, ensuring timely and efficient operations. This role will be remote after training is completed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming requests for mobile X-ray services and schedule appointments.
- Coordinate with imaging technologists and healthcare facilities to optimize daily routes.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, patient information, and service updates.
- Communicate effectively with medical staff, patients, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Address any scheduling conflicts or logistical challenges promptly.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
