Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales and Membership Representative to help grow our vibrant community. This role is perfect for a retired sales professional, a college student, or anyone with a proven background in sales who desires a flexible, part-time opportunity. 5 hours a week average with 10 hour weeks.
As our representative, you’ll play a vital role in increasing studio memberships and promoting our services by attending networking events, setting up sales booths, and engaging with potential members. Must average attracting 30 new members a month through sales and marketing techniques. Must be able to create fliers and use other marketing tools to capture sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell studio memberships, classes, and wellness programs to prospective clients.
- Attend evening and weekend networking events, sales booths, and other promotional activities to represent Modality.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, helping them understand the benefits of our offerings.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the studio team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and memberships.
Schedule:
- Flexible hours (5-10 hours per week).
- Primarily evenings and weekends, with occasional morning shifts.
- Attendance at evening events, such as networking and community gatherings, is required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Cold calls, cold marketing techniques a MUST. If you are not comfortable getting sales leads this way, this is not the opportunity for you.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and represent Modality with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and community-building is a plus.
