Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care needs in accordance with established policies and protocols.
✔️ Provide direct nursing care and ensure compliance with quality standards.
✔️ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, patient-centered care.
✔️ Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge instructions.

Qualifications
Active RN License (Florida license required; compact license accepted – must apply for FL license).
Acute Care RN Experience Required
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required.
