- Handle both inbound and outbound Calls every day.
- Order processing, data input, and order tracking/status inquiries.
- Recognize and handle all situations from the customer via email in a timely and professional manner.
- Answer customers online-chat in an efficient manner.
- RMA Returned Merchandise Processing
- Some shipping logistics work like printing shipping labels with UPS/USPS/FedEx software.
- Displays a consistently positive attitude to all our customers and co-workers.
- Need to thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Should be punctual, regular in attendance.
- Maintain customer relationships to service those existing accounts in the future, leading to the possibility of cross-selling opportunities
- Attend trade shows in major chain stores.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel & Email basis.
- Excellent typing, grammar, organization, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- High school or equivalent. College degree is a plus.
- Responsible, dependable and organized in all aspects of work area.
- Ability to multitask.
- Fast learner and self motivated with the ease of following verbal instructions.
