Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the spa concierge desk efficiently and professionally.
- Respond to spa inquiries accurately, resolving or referring issues as needed.
- Coordinate and remind clients of their spa appointments.
- Handle cash, credit, and resident account transactions for services and products.
- Prepare accurate spa service reports for accounting.
- Assist with customer service in the Spa Caf.
- Support marketing efforts by collecting prospective resident information.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year in customer service or administrative role.
- Experience with older adults or in healthcare preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
