Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership and Management:
- Oversee daily property operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and updates.
- Guest Experience:
- Ensure all guest interactions reflect the company’s commitment to exceptional service.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Develop programs and services that enhance guest satisfaction.
- Foster and sustain relationships with guests and partners by ensuring regular communication throughout their stay.
- Leadership and Management:
- Operational Support:

- Collaborate with Property Managers, housekeeping, maintenance and materials vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Take guest calls for property maintenance issues.
- Assist Property Management to resolve HOA and county compliance issues.
- Create Work Orders for property services and follow through ensuring prompt completion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of [5-7] years of experience in hotel management, with at least [3] years in a general manager role.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and sales strategies.
Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Salary : $70,000 - $110,000
